Our range of sheeting manifolds are capable of sheeting a continuous sheet of product directly from a continuous mixer or one of our metering pump units onto a continuously moving conveyor, onto objects or into trays etc. Using intricate internal galleries product can be evenly distributed across width of the output slot without breaking down the cell structure of the pumpable mass. Dependant on the product being deposited the manifold can be configured to re-circulate the product at the point of discharge back to the pumping systems tank allowing for better productivity.
