Wymbs Engineering's definition of a 'Processing Line' is a depositing machine with more than one station, which can perform multiple operations on one product as it travels down a continuous moving conveyor. Our processing lines are designed to receive product via an in feed conveyor, perform the necessary filling and decorating operations on the product while in the plastic tray (that the end customer purchases) and then transfer the product via the out feed conveyor ready for packing.

An example of Processing lines within our scope of supply include

  • Chocolate Eclairs with fresh cream and chocolate
  • Fresh cream filled Choux Buns
  • Scones with fresh cream and jam
  • Fresh cream and jam filled Oysters
  • Cream Horns with fresh cream and jam
  • Profiteroles with fresh cream and chocolate
  • Decorated finger doughnuts with fresh cream and jam
  • Custard and fresh cream slices, icing fondant and chocolate stripes

The processing lines are an extension of our single station multi axis depositing mechanisms but with the added advantage of a number of stations incorporated into one single machine. Instead of having one operator control panel to control each station All of the machines functionality is incorporated into one user friendly control system that controls each station collectively. These processing lines are capable of controlling up to 32 servo motor axes from one machine control system thus ensuring that bespoke customer product requirements can be achieved.

Application Example - Processing Cream Horns

This example illustrates what can be performed with our processing lines. The mechanisms on each station can be programmed to allow most decorating and filling requirements. The processing lines can be configured to suit modern production requirements regarding number of products across and cycle speeds.
