Wymbs Engineering’s extensive range of patented pressurised manifolds are designed to allow the accurate depositing of precise product weights through a number of nozzles that are suited to a particular product.
The pressurised manifold can take a supply of product from a continuous mixer, for example Batter and distribute it to the nozzles under system pressure without breaking down the cell structure of the pumpable mass.

Each depositing nozzle can be independently regulated allowing for consistent distribution of product flow across the manifold! Manifold configurations can be designed to suit the customer’s specific requirements. For example nozzle layout, integral water heating galleries, number of depositing rows per manifold to name but a few.
Manifold Features
  • Product taken directly from a continuous mixer or pump set
  • Excellent product balance across manifold. Individual nozzle balancing valves (10 turns from fully closed to fully open) no tools required.
  • Optional integral heated water galleries for temperature sensitive products
  • Optional cleaning tray for CIP systems
  • Stainless steel shutoff spindles driven by servo motor or air actuator for precise product shutoff
  • Width and nozzle configuration to customers exact requirements
  • Multiple nozzle rows including staggered depositing configurations
  • Depositing speeds suited to application
  • Can be supplied as part of a depositing system or mounted on existing equipment
  • Can be manufactured using the following materials depending on application
    • Aluminium
    • Stainless Steel
    • Titanium
  • Mallow
  • Aerated chocolate
  • Tempered chocolate
  • Fondants
  • Caramel at between 30 and 60 degrees C
  • Jam
  • Batter
  • Fat cream
Pumpable masses include

Configurable aspects of manifold
  • Nozzle centers (min 25mm)
  • Number & layout of nozzles
  • Motor or air driven product spindle
  • Mounting ancillaries
