Due to the wide variation of the depositing applications required in today's food industry we have taken this into consideration when designing our configurable range of depositors. We have defined from experience what we believe to be the most common elements that are required to for fill the majority of depositing requirements. A Typical Single Station Depositor Application
This particular depositor utilizes an additional biscuit magazine, pin gate biscuit indexer and iced roller as well as a standard depositor that would deposit pumpable mass onto continuously passing biscuits .
Standard Depositor Features
Our full range of depositors have the following features as standard
Up to 3 Axis X,Y,Z of interpolated motion allowing three dimensional shapes to be continuously deposited on a moving conveyor
Can accept our entire range of depositing manifolds
Choice of 'air actuator' or 'servo motor' controlled manifold actuator depending on specific application
Can accommodate more than one manifold per mechanism for higher production outputs
Mechanisms can be configured to suit standard conveyor widths up to 1.6 meters wide
All electrical controls can be housed in a control cabinet located on the side of the machine or floor standing remote to the machine
Standard proprietary controls for ease of serviceability and maintenance
Flexibility to be installed over existing conveyors and electronically geared to the speed of the plant with minimum integration time
Machine functions including detailed diagnostics all available via an easy to use touch screen interface that has been specifically created by Wymbs Engineering for depositing applications
