Our range of multiple axes depositing mechanisms can be tailored to most depositing requirements from spot deposits to 3D shapes. For depositing applications where spot deposits or variations of the spot deposit are required either on a continuous moving oven conveyor or onto a continuous moving biscuit. Our under band high output depositor is particularly suited to these types of applications where high depositing speeds are required. Standard features of this depositing system are highlighted below.

Standard Depositor Features

• Overall machine footprint fits into a small envelope which allows the mechanism to be located under the conveyor which provides free access to the depositing manifold, delivery pipes and other components.
• The mechanism is driven by powerful servo motors to ensure speed accuracy and repeatability.
• A single mechanism can support more than one manifold to suit the depositing depositing requirements. (This is dependant on each specific application).
• If more than one manifold or more than one manifold actuator is used then all spindles are mechanically linked to a single servo motor drive which ensures accurate deposit open and deposit close timings across multiple manifolds.
• The machines function can be configured to deposit on a conveyor at a desired pitch or deposit product on a biscuit that has been indexed by a biscuit indexer.
• The mechanism as with our other depositing systems can be electronically geared to 3rd party plant ensuring minimum operator involvement during production.
• The operator control system uses our standard range of operator interfaces that is utilised across our entire range of depositing systems.
• The control panel that houses the electrical components can be integrated as part of the mechanism or located remotely allowing the flexibility of varying plant layouts.
