The encapsulated manifold uses a similar depositing technology to the standard pressurised manifold range but with the added feature of allowing up to three separate pumpable masses to be deposited within one product cycle from one single nozzle (one shot). An example of this depositing type is a two colour triple layer deposit with an encapsulated fill. Effectively there are three separate manifolds within one body which allows increased depositing throughput for more complex products eliminating the need for multiple operations on one product. Each product inlet can be independently regulated allowing for accurate distribution of product flow through each nozzle.
