Typical applications can include, 1 axis of movement controlling volumetric manifold pistons to a multi axes solution providing features such as product dispersion in a mould, controlled de-tipping and product build on a continuous moving conveyor. All of the manifolds that Wymbs Engineering manufactures can be used with all configurations of our depositing mechanisms.

Horitontal (X-Axis): Used for pacing, over pacing and under pacing with the conveyor
Vertical (Z-Axis): Used for introducing vertical movement for the complete manifold
Across conveyor (Y-Axis): Used to provide movement across the conveyor
Piston Lift Axis: For servo driven piston lifts as used on our volumetric range of manifolds
