Single Station Multi-Axis Depositing Mechanism range
Wymbs Engineering's depositing mechanisms offer the flexibility to be configured by the customer for their exact depositing requirements. The depositor options range from 1 axis of movement on a moulding line for de-tipping applications to multi-axis mechanisms allowing a product to be deposited and built to a required shape on a continuously moving conveyor. A volumetric manifold with servo controlled piston lift for precise repeatable depositing can also be integrated into this mechanism.
A mechanism configuration associated with the relevant manifold can provide a powerful depositing system to meet your production requirements.
Some production applications, for example chocolate moulding plants require a volumetric manifold of which the pistons are servo motor driven The manifold nozzles are also required to be moved across the mould impression during the deposit cycle to ensure good product dispersion.
