Wymbs engineering uses Solid Edge for advanced 3D part modeling, large assembly design and powerful drafting. This enables us to achieve the high standards required in today’s manufacturing industry. 3D CAD solid modeling allows Wymbs Engineering to accelerate the design process and ensure that the customer receives exactly what they want.

Wymbs Engineering has comprehensive facilities for CNC milling and turning to fulfill our manufacturing requirements.  All of our products are manufactured in house which allows a fast turnaround of projects and spares when required.  Our CNC facility is driven using the latest in computer aided manufacture (CAM) tools, which allows parts to be produced from the original solid model as created at the design stage. Using a 4th axes on the machine tools allows us to rotate complete parts during the machining stage.

The depositing systems that Wymbs Engineering manufactures combines state of the art motion control with intuitive easy to use operator interfaces.  All of our control systems are developed in house by our controls team that are continuously developing our standard range of products. The flexibility of our controls allows us to fulfill bespoke control system requirements for non standard depositing systems.
